Melonie Fletcher

Melonie Fletcher, 62, of Biloxi, MS passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 in Biloxi. Mrs. Fletcher was born in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of the coast. She was employed with Walmart in D’Iberville, retiring after 28 years. Mrs. Fletcher enjoyed painting pictures of scenery. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Joseph and Gloria Ann Faurie; and her sister, Cynthia. Mrs. Fletcher’s survivors include her husband, Eddie Fletcher of Biloxi; her children, Amie Fletcher, Zelda Fletcher and Shannon Fletcher, all of Biloxi; her sisters, Gloria Broome of Jackson, MS, Helen Allen of Biloxi, Myrtis Eley of Gulfport, Tammy Wilson of Biloxi and Connie Pickich of Biloxi; her brother, Mark Bennett of Biloxi; and her grandchildren, Ciara Fletcher and Trevor Rich. A Memorial Service will be held at Lemoyne Baptist Church on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
