Michael "Lizard" Childers

Michael “Lizard” Childers, 58, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in Ocean Springs. Michael was born in Corinth, MS on May 18, 1962. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars and listening to music. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Childers; and his brother, Steven Childers. Michael’s survivors include his children, Christina Hayes and Shane Childers; his granddaughter, Ariana Staten; his siblings, Wendy Wesley, David Childers, Cathy Childers, Stacey Childers and Jamie Sturges; his aunt, Ann Childers; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on the Biloxi Beach by the Lighthouse on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 6:30 pm. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi is honored to serve the Childers’ family.
