Michael "Mikey" Bruebaker, Jr.

On Sunday December 13, 2020 Michael “Mikey” Bruebaker Jr. passed away at the age of 58. He was born October 8, 1962 to Michael and Kathryn Bruebaker in Biloxi, MS. Michael graduated from D'Iberville High School and Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College. He was a lifelong resident of Biloxi, although he traveled all over the country working in the shipbuilding industry doing piping design. Michael loved his job but mostly he loved meeting new people and making new friends. He always loved having a good time, whether it was snow skiing in Maine or zip lining in Costa Rica. Michael was always up for the challenge and always had fun. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael & Kathryn Bruebaker, grandparents Vivian and Bill Clinton and Rose and Henry Foster. He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie; his stepsons, Scott (Amanda) Tuttle and Tony (Ashley) Hutchins; his grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Alec and Tyler; and his great-grandson, Brentley, his partner in crime. He is also survived by his loving sister, Tina (Jesse) Richard; and his brothers, Henry (Marti) Bruebaker and Jimmy Bruebaker. He dearly loved his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Vivian, Zach, Henry and John Michael. At Michael’s request there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Michael’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, 206 W Troy St., Dothan, AL 36303.
