Minnie (Valmas) Magiros, a longtime Ellicott City resident, died peacefully while visiting her daughter in Biloxi, Mississippi on June 1, 2020. She was the beloved wife of 72 years of the late John George Magiros. Mrs. Magiros is survived by her three children, Anne Sfakianos (John) of Ellicott City, Maryland, Eve Magiros, M.D. of Biloxi, Mississippi, and George Magiros (Sheila) of Columbia, Maryland. She also leaves her grandchildren Christina Sfakianos, Nicholas Sfakianos, John Magiros, and Jillian Kardelis; great grandchildren Penelope and Hudson Larkin, Hannah and Theia Kardelis and Andi Magiros and sister Nora Caloyianis.
The family will have a private funeral service with interment at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation Cemetery.
