MSgt Donald Banovich, US Air Force, Retired, age 87, of Biloxi, MS passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Banovich was born May 5, 1932 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was a U.S. Air Force MSgt, Retired and an avid golf player. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eli Banovich and Mary Kosick. Mr. Banovich’s survivors include his children, Dan (Shawna) Banovich and David (Melissa) Banovich; his grandchildren, Brianah, Brittany and Daniel Banovich; his great-granddaughter, Lexi Banovich Richardson; his extended family, Bobbye and Jeff Gray; and his dog, Shasha. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula, MS. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
