Willie Gene Faulk, age 89, of Biloxi, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021.
Mr. Faulk was born in Clio, Alabama on October 12, 1931, to Sidney Arnold and Lina Mae Spivey Faulk. He had been a resident of Biloxi for the past 50 years. He was a veteran, having served in the US Air Force for 22 years. Prior to his enlistment, he served in the Alabama National Guard for 2 years. He was a Life Member of the N. Bay VFW, Post 6731. He was also a Master Mason with F&AM Lodge 582 in Blue Springs, Alabama and a member of the Rodenberg Avenue Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Donald Faulk; daughter, Dr. Sheree Lynette Watson; and grandson, Joseph Paul Watson.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Carolyn Horne Faulk; his son, Stewart G. Faulk (Tommie); grandchildren, Heather Baack (Curtis), Cameron Faulk, and Lindsey Watson; and great-grandchildren, Nolan and Jordan Baack.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Rodenberg Church of Christ of Biloxi.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home on Pass Road in Biloxi, with a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
