Nina Livaudais Cooper

Ms. Nina Joan Livaudais Cooper, age 78, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Ms. Cooper was a longtime resident of Ocean Springs and graduated from Pascagoula High School. She worked for approximately 30 years at Keesler Air Force Base and enjoyed singing and playing the ukelele. Joan was a Reader in the Gulfport Christian Science Church and loved the Lord. She was a loving mother and sister. Joan will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allan and Nina Livaudais and siblings, Voncile Ros and John Livaudais. Survivors include her daughter, Michele Sims and a sister, Pauline. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, May 11, 2018, from 10:30am until 11:30 am, with an 11:30am Memorial Service all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula.
