Norman Cecil Garriga

Norman Cecil Garriga, born October 29, 1936, went to join his wife and our Lord on April 28, 2021. He was an U.S. Army veteran, loving husband who adored his wife, wonderful father who thought the world of his children, and a caring grandfather and great-grandfather. Norman loved joking around and making people laugh. He will be missed greatly. Norman was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; his parents, Walter and Lauvella Garriga; and his brother, Walter Garriga, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Leigh Ann Garriga; two sons, Greg and Alan Garriga; three grandchildren, Jerry Garriga, Amber Johnson, and Tyler Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Gage and Kaleb Garriga; and his sister, Yvonne Mercier. Visitation will be at St. John Catholic Church, Gulfport at 11:00 a.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial at noon on Saturday, May 1, 2021. A private interment will be held at a later date in Greenwood, MS. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Garriga family.
