Norman Lee Hand, age 65, of Vancleave, was born on August 27, 1953, and departed this earthly world on January 16, 2019.
Mr. Hand was a loving and devoted husband and father. He worked for the City Of Gautier and later Clearwater Solutions until his retirement in 2016. He enjoyed fishing, carpentry, mechanic work, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Hand is preceded in death by his parents, Eather Earl and Lillian Hand, nephew, Lyle Tanner, granddaughter, Tera Reddix, and sister- in- law, Linda Hand.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Becky) Hand, his sons, Jeremy Comford, Patrick (Jessica) Stundahl, Cody (Janine) Wilson, daughters, Kiley (Nicholas) Wilcox, Brenda (Thomas) Land, Tracy (Joe) Knox, Joanna Waltman, and Rachel Evans, brothers, Curtis Hand, Jimmy (Ann) Hand, sisters, Mary (Charles) Overstreet, Donna (Donald) Overstreet, and Dottie (Bobby) Blalock, sister-in-law, Pam (Dennis) Miles, brother-in-law, Robert Comford, a very Special friend, Steve Hatley, his grandchildren, Ivy Comford, Londyn and Gracie Wilcox, Elias, Emmett, Avery (George) Wilson, Harper, Eugene, Tommy Lee, Darren, and Angela Land, Sabrina Prevost, Tammy Landstreet,Nytashia Smith, Michelle and Xena Bang, Adysyn and R.J. Groves, along with 17 special nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces, great nephews, and special friends.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial services will be held at Vancleave United Methodist Church on Saturday, January 26,2019 at 11am.
