Patsy Ruth Necaise

Patsy Ruth Necaise, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Pass Christian Patsy was born in DeLisle, MS on February 24, 1930 to Edward and Henrietta Perusett. She graduated from St. John Elementary and High School. Patsy was a homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and planting flowers and trees. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Brandon Boulboulle; and siblings, Eddy Mae McHugh, Joseph Perusett, and Warren Perusett. Survivor include her children, Rhonda Herrin, Cheryl Seay, Phyllis Necaise, Donna Foster, and Russell Raymond Necaise, Jr.; grandchildren, Jarrod Boulboulle, Dylan Necaise, Olivia Necaise, Crystal Meadows, and Austin Seay; and great-grandchildren, Victoria Seay, Ally Seay, Stella Meadows, and Wylder Meadows. A private service will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. Friends are welcome at Long Beach City Cemetery on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Necaise family.
