Patsy Ruth Foster Speaks

Patsy Ruth Foster Speaks, age 74 of Gautier, MS passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021. She was born on January 23, 1947 in Detroit, AL. Patsy was a former longtime resident of West Bank, NO. She had been a resident of Gautier for the past twenty-four years. Patsy was a former employee at Boomtown Casino as a Floor Supervisor. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Eva and Raymond Foster; sister, Iris Foster; and son, Jason Deogracias. She is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Ron Speaks; daughters, Kimberly Cooley and Kelly (Bert) Plaisance; sons, Keith (Kim) Gautreaux and Kevin Gautreaux; stepdaughter, Teresa Speaks; sister, Joan (Terry) Stanley; half-sister, Rebecca (David) Petras; brothers, Gene Foster, Steve Foster, and Terry (Sheila) Foster; eighteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi, MS. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
