Phillip "Randy" Randall Ross, Jr.

Phillip “Randy” Randall Ross, Jr. 65, of Schlater, MS, died Saturday, September 5, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Ross was born in Biloxi to Phillip Randall Ross, Sr. and Lily Rose Tarver Ross. He lived most of his life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Mr. Ross was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father; and his sister, Mary Provost. Mr. Ross is survived by his sons, Phillip Randall, III of D’Iberville, MS and Joseph Randall Penton of Brandon, MS; his mother, Lily Rose Tarver of Pearl River, LA; his daughters, Christina Moses of Ocean Springs, MS, Kelly Penton of Pearl River, LA, Amy Penton of Petal, MS and Michelle Ross of Biloxi, MS; his brothers, P.D. Ross of Minter City, MS, and Jason Ross of Ocean Springs, MS; his sisters, Sandra Kiefer of Pearl River, LA, Brenda Tanner of Vancleave, MS, Alice Tanner of Vancleave, MS and Shelia Simmons of Vancleave, MS. Visitation will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm followed by a 2:00 pm graveside service with military honors at D’Iberville Memorial Park in D’Iberville, MS.
