Randy B. Trahan

Randy B. Trahan, 58, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Gulfport. Randy was a native and resident of the Coast and a 1979 graduate of Biloxi High School. He was a lifelong member of Knights of Columbus #1244 in Biloxi. He was also former “Mr. Biloxi” with the Knights of Columbus where he also served as Grand Knight. Randy was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and was employed with Warren Paving. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Trahan. Randy’s survivors include his wife of 33 years, Kay Baltar Trahan; his mother, Regina Broussard Trahan; his sisters, Charlotte (Billy) Mosley and Rosie (Tom) Kavanagh; his brothers, Roger (Sue) Trahan and Michael Trahan; his mother-in-law, Ann Tootle; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Randy will be remembered for his many acts of kindness, generosity and service to others. Uncle Randy loved his nieces and nephews unconditionally. He enjoyed spending time with them and will always hold a special place in their hearts and the hearts of all. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until mass time. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
