Ronald Troy Oldenburg

Ronald Troy Oldenburg was born on June 2nd, 1935 in Eldora, Iowa to Lawrence and Bessie Oldenburg. He passed away at home in Biloxi on Monday, October 15th, 2018. Ron grew up spending time in both Eldora and Biloxi. He attended the University of North Carolina and Ole Miss School of Law. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving as a Judge Advocate stationed in Taiwan. It was here that he met and married his wife Vickie, and where his sons were born. The family settled in Honolulu, Hawaii where he built a successful law practice, and represented many immigrants in their journey to become U.S. citizens. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Yu Oldenburg; sons, John, Keith, and Mark Oldenburg; daughter in-law Pauline; and grandson, Jarrett. Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi.
