Sheri Pino-Derie

Sheri Pino-Derie, age 61, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018. Sheri spent the early part of her life in Mississippi before moving to St. Petersburg, Florida to raise her family. She was a graduate of St. Martin High School and the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She spent most of her career working in the Banking industry after graduation. Two of her favorite things besides family were her love of golf and the New Orleans Saints. She was a loving mother who will be greatly missed by family and friends. Sheri is preceded in death by her parents, David Pino and Lee Carolyn Pino; and sister, Michelle Lee Pino. Survivors include her son, Justin Derie; sister, Ramona Pino; brother, Michael Pino; nieces, Melanie Seymour Pittman and Madelynn Pino; and nephew, Brandon Seymour. Sheri’s family would like to thank her coworkers at Regions Bank, SAAD Healthcare, Carol Redmond at Carol’s Home Away from Home, and Dr. John McKee at Digestive Health Center for their professional care and compassion. In lieu of a service Sheri and her family ask that if you would like to celebrate her life tee it up on the golf course, enjoy a drink with friends and family, or cheer on her beloved New Orleans Saints during the upcoming season.
