Shigeko Cannaday

Shigeko Cannaday, age 88, died Monday, January 6, 2020, in Gulfport. She was born in Japan and came to the US in 1955 and became an American citizen in 1985. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Shigeko was preceded in death by her son Barney Joe Cannaday. She is survived by her daughter Connie Tisdale, sons Ron Cannaday, Michael Cannaday, David Cannaday and John Cannaday, two sisters in Japan, 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2020, from 11 a.m.-12 noon at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15452 O'Neal Road, Gulfport. There will be a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at Evergreen Gardens, Gulfport. Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15452 O'Neal Road, Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
