Sombat Youdkhuntod Blanton

Mrs. Sombat Youdkhuntod Blanton, age 72, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021. Mrs. Blanton was a native of Thailand and a resident of Ocean Springs since 1990. She was employed at Keesler Air Force Base in housekeeping and was also a member of the Wat Buddhist Temple in Gautier. Survivors include her husband, Joseph G. Blanton, daughter, Jennifer (John) McPhee, son, James Blanton, two brothers, two sisters, and two grandchildren, Corbin and Alyssa. Visitation will be on Saturday, June 19, from 11am until 1pm, with a 1pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to Wat Buddist Temple, 6300 Martin Bluff Rd., Gautier, MS 39553.
