Talmadge "Ted" Reeves

Talmadge “Ted” Reeves, also known as Uncle Mister, age 88, passed away on June 4, 2020 in Biloxi, MS. He was born, raised and lived most of his life in Biloxi, MS. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He then joined the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired. He was preceded in death by his brother, Carl W. Short, Sr.; and his sisters, Ruth Minnell Reeves Lewis and Jacquie Shimkus Kelley. He is survived by his three children, Kenneth Reeves, Robert Myers and Margaret Silvestri; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A private service was held with burial at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi is honored to serve this family.
