Teresa (Terri) Lamanca Sullivan passed away Saturday afternoon, November 14, 2020. She was 85 years old and died of multiple health issues. She enjoyed a long life surrounded by her family and a host of friends. After her years of being a stay at home mom, she was involved in starting and operating several child care centers in the Gulfport-Biloxi area.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Sullivan, of Gulfport; four children, Kim Sullivan, (Geraldine), Yvonne Sullivan, Michael Sullivan (Tanya) and Gregory Sullivan, all living in the coastal area. Her grandchildren include: Lauren Rose (Teddy), Janet Stroud (Joseph), Matthew Sullivan (DenniLynn), Megan Swain (Dillon), Cameron Sullivan, and Nicole Sullivan; great-grandchildren are Chandler Coulter (Kaja), Baylie McDaniel, Thea and Barrett Rose, Sydney, Carly, and Hazel Stroud, Caleb Garrard, and Grayson Newman.
Teresa has earned descriptions such as: a livewire, yellow jacket, fireball, good wife, mom, grandmom and friend. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
Due to COVID, services will be limited to family with burial in Sullivan’s Hollow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to your favorite charity or your church.
