Terry L. Williams, Sr. (TL) passed away in his home on January 11, 2021 in Vancleave, MS after his long, hard battle with pancreatic cancer.
Mr. Williams was born on September 1, 1952 in Mobile, AL to James Edward Williams, Sr. and Zelia Dorothy Williams. Terry lived his life to the fullest with his passion for Alabama football, hunting, and bass fishing. Anyone close to Terry or people that have just met him automatically knew his love for Alabama football. Terry enjoyed sharing his stories of life with all of his family and friends and anyone that would listen. You could always get a good fishing story from TL anytime, day or night. Terry’s faith in God was absolute as he shared his faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. Roll Tide!
Terry was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Williams and Malcolm Williams and sisters, Shirley Dees and Betty McKay.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife Myrna, his son Terry Williams, Jr., stepchildren Selena Johansson and David Lehman, a brother Billy Williams, sisters Flo Evans and Linda Anderson, six grandchildren Alan, Nicolas, Ashley, Mackenzie, Samantha and Pyper, and six great grandchildren Eddie, Maddie, Julius, Cayden, Kyler and Liam.
Services for Mr. Williams will be held at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Vancleave, MS on January 16, 2021 with a visitation at 12:30 PM and a service at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to St. Jude’s in Terry’s honor. Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the Williams family.
