Verly Marie Davis

Ms. Verly Marie Langlinais Davis, age 83, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018. Ms. Davis was a native and lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was a member of the Fleur de Lis, Ladies Auxiliary and St. Michael Catholic Church in Biloxi. Best known around the coast for her love of dancing, Verly also enjoyed playing cards with her friends, bingo at the Elk’s and playing slots. Ms. Davis is preceded in death by her parents, Norbert Langlinais and Reha Premeaux Langlinais; son, Joseph Louis Davis, III; granddaughter, Chloe Davis; and two sisters, Lilly Langlinais Dalgo and Annabelle Langlinais Bigham. Survivors include her sons, Frank Davis and Ralph (Beth Ness) Davis; daughter, June (Daniel) Boudreaux; sister, Rosemary Wolf; and 7 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Friends may visit two hours prior. Burial will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
