Yvonne E. Mallett (Alberti)

Yvonne E. Mallett (Alberti) left us at age 83 on Sunday, Aug 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Thelma Marsh; brothers Kenneth and Milo Marsh; brother-in-law Jack Riley and grandson Malakai B Cox. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Hutchison (Jack); sisters Violet Riley of Biloxi and Beatrice Johnson (Dick) of TN; brother Harold Marsh (Fran) of CO; sister-in-law Rosemary Marsh of CA, grandson Brandon Cox (Heather) of TN; great-granddaughter Ainslee; her little bit Nacho; and numerous nieces and nephews. Yvonne was owner of Moe’s New York Pizza, later named Alberti’s Italian Restaurant for 46 years where many amazing memories were created for family and customers. She was known as a strong and loving person who loved to cook, tell jokes, and entertain. Thank you everyone for so many years of friendship and patronage. Moe has the grill ready and pots boiling. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of South MS, 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501, or Jackson County Animal Shelter, 4400 Audubon Lane, Gautier, MS 39553. The family plans a celebration of life at a later date. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
