Albert Stephen Ellmer, 55, of New Orleans, LA, passed away November 15, 2016, in New Orleans, and is now experiencing the peace he could never find in this life.
Albert was born on January 6, 1961, in Biloxi. He attended Nativity B.V.M. Elementary School, St. Alphonsus Catholic School, and Notre Dame High School, and he was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Paul J. Ellmer of Ocean Springs, and his grandparents, Albert “Buster” and Evelyn Mallard of Biloxi and Peter and Catherine Ellmer of Philadelphia, PA.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia M. Ellmer, his sisters, Evelyn (Tom) Snow and Beth Ellmer, two nephews, Paul Snow and Benjamin Snow, one niece, Hannah Snow, and many cousins. Albert loved his family very much, he was kind hearted, and his favorite band was Led Zeppelin.

A memorial service will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to visit from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
