Allen Dearborn Carter

Allen Dearborn Carter, Jr., 83, of Gulfport, died Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Gulfport.

Mr. Carter was born in Laconia, NH and has been a resident of Gulfport since 1986.  He was a retired tool and die machinist.  His hobbies were hunting, fishing and camping.

Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Marie Gale Carter.  Survivors include two daughters; Jacqueline Congleton (Paul) and Jennifer Ballard (Jim); five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
