Allie Mae "Pie Lady" Chester

Allie Mae "Pie Lady" Chester, 87, of D'Iberville, MS died on Sunday, May 16, 2010. Mrs. Chester was a native of Lamar County and a longtime resident of Biloxi, MS. She was a cook for Howard Memorial for years and also the Biloxi School District and manager of Wilson Fish Camp. Mrs. Chester is preceded in death by her husband, John J. Chester; two children, Edwin Chester and Veronica Nguyen. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Webster, Charlotte Myers and Lynn Bui; sons, Nolan and Mike Chester; 24 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Both will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi. Interment will follow in Southern Memorial Park.
