Amy Dian Nix

Amy Dian Nix, 38 years old of Ocean Springs, MS, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, October 23, 2021.

Amy was a native and longtime resident of Ocean Springs. She was a proud part of the family business and worked as the office manager of AC-MAN Inc. She served for many years as a board member of the Ocean Springs Carnival Association. She was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need and never expected a thing in return. She had a heart of gold and loved those around her so well. She was a beloved daughter, loving mother, supportive sister and loyal friend.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Elmore Nix; her grandmother, Helen Elmore; her grandfather, Alfred Elmore; and her uncle, Kevin Elmore of Biloxi.

She is survived by her son, Caleb Favre of Ocean Springs; her father, William Nix (Jo Nix) of Ocean Springs; her sisters, Stephanie Nix Lentz (Austin Lentz) of Ocean Springs and Laci Sanford; her aunt, Susan Elmore Shireman (Steve Shireman) of Biloxi; her uncle, Steven Elmore (Vicki Elmore) of Biloxi; her aunt, Jenny Elmore (Kevin Elmore) of Biloxi; her niece, Maci Leggett; and numerous cousins.

A visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 10am with visitation one hour prior all at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi, MS. Burial will follow in Southern Memorial Park.
