Anthony "Tony" Allen

September 5, 1945 — April 3, 2026

D'Iberville

Anthony "Tony" Allen, age 80, of D’Iberville, MS, entered his “Glorious Unending” on Friday, April 3, 2026, surrounded by loving family members singing “Thank You Jesus For The Blood.”

Tony was born in Chicago, Illinois, on September 5, 1945. He started working at the age of 12 delivering for a pharmacy in Chicago. He had many jobs in his lifetime; his favorite work-related job was at Delta Air Lines in Gulfport, MS. But Tony’s all-time favorite job was the privilege of being “Poppy” to Breanna, Eric, and Jacob.

Tony was a graduate of the MGCCC vocational program. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Biloxi where he was an ordained deacon.

One of Tony’s passions was traveling with his “Honey”. Early in their lives they traveled on medical / dental mission trips to Central and South America. Later in life they explored the United States, took cruises and toured Tony’s ancestral homeland of Italy, marveling at the wonders of God’s creation. Tony and his Honey actually completed their final cruise just four days before his cancer diagnosis.

Survivors include the love of his life and best friend, Nancy Allen; his children, Eric Anthony Allen, Sr. and Kaden Tristan Charming (Alison); and his grandchildren, Breanna, Eric and Jacob. He is also survived by Tricia Allen, who was a cherished part of his life.

Although Tony had no surviving siblings, he found his true family in his wife’s brothers and sisters who loved him as their own. Tony is also survived by his brother Jerry Olszewski (Mary), his brother Vernon Goss (Rena Kathleen), and his brother Lew Gambill (Dawn.)

A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Biloxi on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time.

Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Anthony "Tony" Allen.
