Armond Carroll Gollott, Jr.

Armond Carroll “Arny” Gollott, Jr., 66, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, in Gulfport.

Arny was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi and a graduate of D’Iberville High School. He attended Phillips community college and then returned to help run the family business with his grandfather, father, and brothers. Arny should be remembered for his tremendous love of his family and the family seafood business. He received so much joy from deer hunting his whole life, but especially the years at his camp with Tracy and his sons and extended family. He enjoyed many trips with Tracy, especially Washington D.C. and Virginia. He loved traveling around the country to various car shows and looked forward to Cruisin' the Coast each year where he got to enjoy his love of classic cars. The time spent with his five grandchildren were the most precious and dear to him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Armond C. Gollott, Sr.; his stepfather, Col. Jack Hay; his father-in-law, Lionell Seymour; his brother, Nicholas Gollott; and his grandparents; Clarence and Vivian Ladner, and C.F. and Alice Gollott.

Arny’s survivors include his wife, Tracy Gollott; his children, Armond (Jamie Rae) Gollott, III and Todd (Jessica) Gollott; his mother, Phyllis Hay; his stepmother, Anne Gollott; his mother-in-law, Harriet Seymour; his grandchildren, Arny, IV, Norah Lynne, Faith Rae, Jude and Clara Rose; his siblings, Brian (Trudy) Gollott, Dale (Ha) Gollott and Ben (Kelly) Gollott; his sisters-in-law, Susie Gollott and
Cheryl (John) Gatlin; his brother-in-law, Michael (Michelle) Seymour; numerous nieces and nephews; and his fur baby, Willow.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Seafood Museum Memorial Foundation or to St. Vincent de Paul. The family would like to thank Dr. Motakhaveri and staff, and Dr. Siegerman and the staff at Fresenius D'Iberville for all the years of excellent care. Many thanks and appreciation to the ICU staff at Memorial hospital for their compassionate care and understanding of the family's need in his final days.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until Mass time.
