Arthur W. Quave

Arthur Walter Quave Jr., age 70, of Biloxi, MS passed away peacefully at home on October 19,2025.

Born to Arthur Sr. and Ellen Quave in Biloxi on August 3,1955, Arthur was a lifelong resident of the Coast. He worked for many years at the wastewater treatment plant in West Biloxi before retiring.

He enjoyed trying new foods, getting out and spending time with his family, going to the casinos, especially with his parents. He had many friends and was loved by all who met him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Quave Sr., and his mother, Ellen Quave.

Arthur is survived by his loving wife, Elois J. Quave; uncle, Albert Ott; stepson, Tracy Necaise; stepdaughter, Noelle Necaise; sister, Susan Ellen Carter; and brother, Edwin Quave.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Pass Road, with procession beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment with a graveside service at Allen Cemetery in Long Beach, MS to follow.
