Barbara Ann Lott

Mrs. Barbara Ann Lott, age 63, went to be with her Heavenly Father Sunday, December 17th, 2017 in Ocean Springs, MS. Mrs. Barbara Lott was a long time resident of Ocean Springs, MS. She was born July 11th, 1954 to Lida Jane Stronsky and Raymond Basil Stronsky in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Mother Guerin High School in River Grove, IL, Class of 1972. She worked in the Casino Industry on the Gulf Coast for 24 years. She was a devoted Catholic, a loving mother and grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all that knew her. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Anthony L. Lott; her children, Max Griffin and Jayna (Colton Payne) Griffin; her adored grandchildren, Coleman and Emma Payne; her brothers, Raymond (Sarah) Basil Stronsky and Brian (Tammy) James Stronsky; her nieces and nephews, Sarah Beth Wilson, Brooke LaDelle Ford, and Cara Jane Stronsky; her great niece and nephew, Ava and Roman Wilson; and her sweet pet companion, Pyewacket. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 21st, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers include Max Griffin, Colton Payne, Abram Rush, Hendon Rush, Jordan Beaty, Ryan Coleman, and Brennan Williams. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Lupus Foundation of America. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jenny Butters, CRN and Greg Jakins, physical therapist, for all of the care they provided. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
