Beatrice Waltman

Beatrice Waltman, 90, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Waltman was born in Empire, AL, a native of Birmingham, AL and a resident of the Coast for the past 44 years. She was an avid antique collector and dealer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joel J. Waltman; and her parents, George and Rosebud Baggett. Mrs. Waltman’s survivors include her daughter, Patricia Gunter of Ocean Springs; her son, Joel N. (Marlene) Waltman of Gulfport; her sister, Margaret Manning of Charlottesville, VA; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A visitation will be from 6:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 6, 2015 with a 12:30 pm service on Monday, December 7, 2015 where friends may visit from 11:30 am until service time, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
