Betty J. Dominey

Mrs. Betty J. Dominey, age 80, of Latimer, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. Betty was a resident of Latimer for 56 years. She traveled the world with her husband during his 30 year Air Force career, living in Germany for three years and Japan for two years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family. Betty volunteered her time as the Family Services Coordinator at Keesler Air Force Base for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Dawin "Hoss" Dominey, Sr, daughter, Brenda Dominey, two sons, Wade (Dorota) Dominey and Dawin (Carol) Dominey Jr, grandchildren, Joe (Katrina) Dominey, Jason (Carrie) Dominey, Aaron (Julia) Dominey, David (Ericka) Dominey, Samuel Maruszewski, Rafal Jakubowicz, Petor Jakubowicz, Rebecca (Richard) Hilliard, Alex Dominey, Kristin Dominey and Austin Dominey, 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, October 28, from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm, with a 12:30 pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
