Betty Lou Simmerman

Betty Lou Simmerman, 80, of Biloxi, died on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Betty was a caregiver/nutritionist and loved helping people. She always came with a gift in her hands. She was a cook for Redemptorist Retirement Home. She was an active member of Cedar Lake Assembly of God, a mother of three, and a lover of God. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Marshall and Pearl Vassie Williams; four brothers and one sister. Survivors include, her children, Sheryl Simmerman of Biloxi, Julie McMurtry of Carrollton, TX, Robert Simmerman of El Paso, TX ; two brothers, Jack (Bobbie) Williams of Warner Robbins, GA; Gene (Pat) Williams of Panama City, FL; two grandchildren, Pamela and Anthony Simmerman. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. where friends may visit from 5-7:00 p.m. Burial will be at Millville Cemetery, Panama City, Fl.
