Betty Ruth McClure

Betty Ruth McClure, 67 of Vancleave, MS passed away on July 8, 2022.

She was born in Mark Tree, Arkansas on October 14, 1954. She was a life long resident of Vancleave, MS. She was president of VFW Post 2732 Lady Auxiliary. She was a store manager for many years. She loved camping, racing, bingo, spending time with her grandkids, and watching monkey videos on her phone. She was loved by many people and will be dearly missed.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Emalene Parker; sisters, Violet Forehand, Wilma Griffith, and Brenda Dunkle; and brother, William Parker.

She is survived by her daughter, Ramanda (Ricky) Groves; son, Brad (JoeAnn) Waltman’ grandkids, Bryan (Brittany) Groves, Cadence Groves, Zachary (Jessica) Waltman, Morgan Gossage, and Destiny Waltman; great-grandkids, Brentley Waltman, Calvin Jackson, Mason Harris, Melanie and Beau Coker; partner of 19 years, Clifton Bang; brother, Ronnie (Bessie) Parker; sister-in-law, Patricia Parker; sister, Wanda Land; many nieces, nephews, and friends; and  her beloved dog, Timber.

Serving as pallbearers will be Clifton Bang, Brad Waltman, Zachary Waltman, Bryan Groves, Tommy Land, and Jonathan Griffith. Honorary Pallbearers are Steven Forehand, Bobby Groves, Andrew Napakkohun, and James Barton.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Vancleave, MS. Friends may visit one hour prior. Burial will follow at Vancleave Holiness Cemetery.
