Bobby Earl Cochrum, 81, of Ocean Springs, went to his Eternal Home on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
Bobby was born in Hickman, KY and has been a resident of Ocean Springs since 1959. He was a United States Air Force Veteran who served during the Korean Conflict. Bobby retired from Civil Service in 1979 at Keesler Air Force Base, where he taught Morse Code. After retirement, he worked as a Real Estate Agent with Jim Biddix Realty in Ocean Springs. Bobby was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was devoted to his family and made family time a priority.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Thelma E. Cochrum; daughter, Melissa C. Bicket (Candace); grandchildren, Samuel D. Bicket, Hannah R. Bicket, Crystal Bicket Lucas (Mark), and Chastidy Bicket (Travis); great-grandchildren, Landon, Lane, Trinity, and Travis, Jr.; sister, Shirley A. Edmundson (Donald); sisters-in-law, Elnora Cochrum, Louise Ware, and Katie Samuels; brother-in-law, Charles Beritiech (Rosalie); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 27, 2014. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2014, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
