Ocean Springs

Bonnie Marian Stubblefield Virga passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on September 14, 2023 at home with her family.

She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 6, 1926 to John C. and Bonnie Tichnor Stubblefield. She was raised in a Christian home with her ten siblings. She graduated Peniel Bible School in Kentucky and loved the Lord with all her heart. She was very dedicated to her family. She loved everyone and was a blessing to all who knew her. She loved to sing, play the organ, violin, and the harmonica. She had a gentle heart and was kind to everyone she met. She was truly a blessing.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her first husband, Vernon Hoffman; second husband, Jack Virga; daughter, Linda; siblings, Thomas, Stella, Evelyn, Vivian, Coralie, Harold, Howard, Ronald, Carmelita, and Jack.

She is survived by her two daughters, Karen Hoffman and Janet Hickenbottom; seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and fourteen great great-grandchildren. We all had a special place in her life and heart. She will be missed by all but know we will see her again, and she will always be in our hearts.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
