Brill Raymond Fairley

Brill Raymond Fairley, 79, of Vancleave, MS passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 22, 2026 surrounded by his family. He was born on January 11, 1947 in Biloxi, MS to Brill Hinton Fairley and Adelaide Mallette Fairley.

Brill will be remembered for his love for his family and friends. He retired from Chevron after 30 years. In retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially fishing with his wife, Edith Flurry Fairley, on Black Creek. Brill loved being in nature. He would love to let everyone know that it is never too late to find The Love of Jesus.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Brill Hinton and Adelaide Marie Fairley; andhis sister, Helen Marie Havens.

Brill is survived by his loving wife, Edith Flurry Fairley; his daughters, Drenda Fairley Johnson and her husband, David Nolan Johnson and Tera Fairley Carlisle and her husband, Timothy Lawson Carlisle; his grandchildren, Cody (Alexandra) Johnson, Kolton (Courtney) Johnson, Jason Carlisle and Lawson (Logan) Pruitt; and his great-grandchildren, Brill, Elliott, Ruby, Alice, Kenzi, Cooper and Crawford.

Funeral Services will be held at Magnolia Baptist Church on River Road in Vancleave on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:30 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Vancleave #2 Cemetery.
