Bruce J. "Jamie" Rogers

Bruce James "Jamie" Rogers, age 52, of Biloxi, died Saturday, November 24, 2007 in Biloxi. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of Gulfport. He graduated from high school in Greenville, MS and attended Ms State University where he was a member of Lambda Chi Fraternity. He was self-employed as an insurance broker. He was a member of Grace Memorial Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Wright Rogers. Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife, Sherry Rogers of Gulfport; a daughter Amy Lauren Rogers and two sons, Wesley Stuart Rogers and Daniel James Rogers all of Gulfport, from his previous marriage to Cindy Miller of Bay St. Louis; a sister, Kathleen Ann Rogers of Long Beach; and his father, Bruce Brannon Rogers, of Long Beach. The memorial service will be Friday, November 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the service.
