Bruce Lee Thompson, Sr.

Bruce Lee Thompson Sr., 58, of Saucier, MS passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026, while in the care of Memorial Health System in Gulfport, MS.

He was born in Biloxi, MS at Howard Memorial Hospital on November 20, 1967.

Mr. Thompson was a Mississippi Gulf Coast resident. After graduating from D’Iberville High School in 1985, he served in the US Navy. He was a loving husband, son, father, and grandfather.

Mr. Thompson is preceded in death by his parents; Barbara Thompson and Larry Thompson and his father-in-law, Danny Turner.

Mr. Thompson leaves behind wife, Angel Thompson; his mother-in-law; Terri Turner; his siblings, Larry Thompson Jr., David Thompson, Julie Cox Williamson, Joseph Thompson, and Steven Ladner; his children, Bruce Thompson Jr. (Cheyenne), Jamie Hertzog (Christopher), Jordan Thompson, and Peyton Thompson; and his grandchildren, George Thompson and Weston Hertzog.

Visitation will be Monday, October 26, 2026, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Bradford O’Keefe, 15452 O’Neal Road in Gulfport. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by interment at Biloxi National Cemetery with military hours at 12:30 pm.
