Buddy Lee Holmes

Buddy Lee Holmes, 76, of Ocean Springs passed away on Monday, January 29, 2007. Mr. Holmes had been a lifelong resident of the coastal community. He was a seasoned pilot, loved electronics and also flew model airplanes. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Fannie Holmes. Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Carol Bertram Holmes; a daughter, Leanne (Paul) Reimer of Odessa, FL; a son, Gregory (Leslee) Holmes of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Delores Mcfarland of Gautier and Violet Bain of Ethel, MS and two grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2007 in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery located in Gautier.
