Carl A. Pelaez

Carl A. Pelaez, 83, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 in D’Iberville.

Mr. Pelaez was born in Biloxi, MS to William and Olga Pelaez. He served in the Army National Gard and was retired from the International Paper Company. Mr. Pelaez was an avid golfer and hunter and a member of the D’Iberville Moose Lodge 332. He enjoyed camping and traveling with his family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheila Speaker; his parents; his sisters, Theresa Burson and Virginia Pelaez; and his brother, William Pelaez, III.

Mr. Pelaez’s survivors include his wife of 63 years, Brenda Pelaez; his daughter, Rhonda (George) Smith; his son, Eric Pelaez; his sisters, Mary Dauro and Eva Caleo; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
