Carolyn Doris Russell McNulty

Carolyn Doris Russell McNulty, age 74, went to be with our Lord peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, after a long-fought battle with cancer. A native of Willard, New York (in the Upstate Finger Lakes Region), Carolyn, her husband and two children moved to the MS Gulf Coast in 1983 and have resided in beautiful Ocean Springs ever since. Carolyn retired from the medical field in 2004 after working for Doctor William Striegel for twenty-two years. Carolyn was a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church, the Caliente Red Hats and a local Bunco group. She was preceded in death by her father, John K. Russell, her mother, Doris Bishop Russell, and her brother John Russell. Survivors include her beloved husband of 51 years, Richard M. (Mick) McNulty; her daughter, Sherry (Scott) Grady; her son Todd (Eileen McKenna) McNulty; grandsons Caleb Parrett, Christopher (Stephanie) Parrett and Michael McNulty; granddaughters Mollie and Ella McNulty, and great grand-daughter Lilly Parrett, sister June Kerns, sister-in- law Phyllis Russell, along with her precious nieces, nephews, and extended loved ones. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 6, from 12 noon until 2 pm, with a 2 pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will be on Monday, August 8 at 10 am at Biloxi National Cemetery.
