Carrol J. Landry, 79, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Mr. Landry was born in Jeaneretta, LA and had been a resident of Biloxi since he was 10 years old. He was a US Navy veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Landry was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He was retired from Civil Service as an electronics instructor from Keesler AFB. Mr. Landry was a member of Nativity BVM Cathedral in Biloxi.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Odette Landry.
Mr. Landry is survived by his daughter, Rhoda Landry; sons, Shayne Landry and Allen Landry; sisters, Bertha Sadowski, Vivian Foster and Mary Joyce Skinner; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Both will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi. Interment will be in Biloxi City Cemetery.
