Cathrine Rose Zacharias

Mrs. Cathrine Rose Zacharias, 51, of Saucier, MS, died Thursday, August 14, 2008, in Saucier. Mrs. Zacharias was a native and lifelong resident of the Coast. She was a homemaker, retired cosmotologist and a christian who will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Zacharias was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Andrew Zacharias; son, Frank Demetrios Zacharias; and parents, Frank Paul and Geraldine Parker Halula. Survivors include two daughters, Jodie Thomas and Becky Billingsley, both of Saucier; five sisters, Pattie Foreman of Ocean Springs, Mary Ann Martino of Biloxi, Betty Halula of Saucier, Patty Shirkey and Cindy Halula, both of Michigan; three brothers, Frankie Owens of Biloxi, George Halula and Eddie Halula, both of Ocean Springs; two grandchildren, Brooke and Brandon Billingsley of Saucier; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is Monday, August 18, 2008, from 6 until 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi. Graveside seervices will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
