Cecil Michael Bowlin

Michael Bowlin (Miller), age 74, after a brave battle with lung disease, passed away at his home in Gautier, MS on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

He graduated from Kankakee High School in 1968, went on to graduate from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts at the University of The State of New York. He moved to Los Angeles and founded his business Bowlin Construction from which he retired in 2018.

Michael’s spirituality shined through his piercing blue eyes. He spoke the truth and suffered no fools. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Horn; stepfather, Dean Horn; and brothers, Walter Miller and Ronnie Miller.

He is lovingly survived by his sister, Tammy Miller-Tilghman of Gautier, MS; stepsister, Cindy Horn of Richmond, VA; sister-in-law, Diane Miller of Clifton, IL; nephew, Brandon West of Bourbonnais, IL; and niece, Rachel Woodruff of Amherst, OH.
