Charles Duffy Dail Sr.

Charles Duffy Dail Sr. "Duffy”, age 66, of Biloxi, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. He was born September 25, 1955 in New Bern, North Carolina, to Paul and Polly Dail. Mr. Dail was a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. He was a graduate of New Bern High school in New Bern, NC. After graduating high school Mr. Dail enlisted into the United States Navy and served his country from 1975 -1995. After serving his country Mr. Dail worked at Ingalls shipyard from 1999- 2020. He was a loving devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Dail enjoyed motorbike riding, spending time with his family, his daily trips to Walmart, fishing, and having a cold one. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Polly Dail; and his youngest brother, Ralph Dail.

Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Patricia 'Sawyer" Dail; 2 children, Jennifer Dail (David) Handler and Charles Dail Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Callie (Noah Ruiz) Handler, Joel (Madison) Handler, David Handler Jr. and Kaleb Handler; his oldest brother, Gerald Dale; his older sister, Lucy Dail (Larry) Combs; and his beloved pets, Bella, Mila and grand dog Piper.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm at 817 Arbor View Circle, D'Iberville, MS 39540 in the front hall. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2:30 pm at Biloxi National Cemetery.
