Charlotte Ladner Rushing Mabile

Charlotte Ladner Rushing Mabile, age 83, of Woolmarket, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 15, 2022.

Charlotte was born on July 13, 1938, and was a Mississippi native all of her life. Family was everything to Charlotte. She made sure that all of her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids knew how special they were to her. Her heart was full of love and compassion for everyone; she never met a stranger.

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband of ten years, Morris Mabile; her children, Pam Krohn (H.W.), Michael Rushing (Carol), Timothy Rushing, Gregory Rushing (Edie), Anthony Rushing (Karyn), Kimberly Endt (Rob), and Sean Rushing; her siblings, Shirley Kilpatrick and Olen Ladner; twenty-five grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of forty-one years, Naif Rushing; her mother and father, Ina and Herman Ladner; and her brother, Douglas Ladner.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Coalville United Methodist Church in Woolmarket, where she has been a life-long member.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
