Clarence L. McBride

Clarence L. McBride, 68, of Vancleave, MS, died Sunday, July 3, 2011 in Vancleave. Mr. McBride was a long time resident of Jackson County and was a retired Staff Sgt. with the U.S. Army. Survivors include his longtime companion, Vel Hanser; his daughter, Angela (Darnell) Atwell; two grandsons, Kenneth Atwell and Tommy Atwell; two great-grandchildren, Aliya Pearce and Kenneth Atwell, Jr.; two sisters, Dianne Richardson and Donna Matthews; one brother, David Richardson; stepchildren, Ray (Gladys) Hanser, Barbara (Richard) Arguelles, Michael (Brenda) Hanser, Karl Hanser, David (Penelope) Hanser and Vikki (Eric) Moody. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
