Constance "Connie" Mercer

Constance "Connie" Mercer, a lifelong resident of Biloxi, Miss., died January 22, 2005 in Gulfport. Miss Mercer was a paralegal with the City of Biloxi for many years and also worked with the civil service board for the City of Biloxi. She is survived by her parents, Melvin and Harrelyn Mercer of Biloxi, sister, Deborah Taylor, of D'Iberville, and brothers David Mercer of Macon, GA and Stephen Mercer of Biloxi, MS. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi from 9 a.m. til 10 a.m. with Services to follow at 10 a.m. Family prefers memorials be made to The American Heart Association, P.O.
