Darren Keith Cooper, 54, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 12, 2026. Born on November 11, 1971, in Biloxi, Mississippi, Darren lived his life with a contagious smile, a generous heart, and a genuine love for the people around him.

Darren was truly one of a kind. He was a fun-loving guy, the life of every party, and someone who could walk into a room and make it brighter simply by being there. He loved everyone, and everyone loved Darren. His big, unforgettable smile and his ability to make people laugh will be missed by countless friends and family members.

One of Darren’s greatest joys was his son, Kaleb Richard Cooper. Darren loved his son deeply and was incredibly proud of him. The love between Darren and Kaleb was evident to everyone who knew them, and Kaleb will forever carry his father’s love, laughter, and memories with him.

Darren also had a special love for the water. Spending days on the boat at Horn Island gave him a sense of peace, relaxation, and happiness. Some of his favorite moments were spent surrounded by friends, family, sunshine, and the water.

Above all, Darren loved big. He loved his son, his friends, his family, and life itself. He found joy in the simplest things, brought laughter wherever he went, and made people feel like they belonged. His presence was larger than life, and his absence will leave a space that can never truly be filled. His time here may have been far too short, but the memories he gave us will last a lifetime.

Left to cherish his memory include his beloved son, Kaleb Cooper, along with his extended family and the many friends who loved him dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. Friends are invited to visit from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A celebration of Darren's life will follow at St. Michael Parish Hall, 177 1st Street, Biloxi, MS 39530, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
